A really wonderful apartment complex!
When I first moved here, I was scrambling to find a place that would fit all of my needs and I took a leap of faith and chose Circ and I couldn't be happier! I love all of the amenities and how modern it feels. The public spaces are very clean and the property manager is always so quick to respond to emails and is very kind and friendly. Maintenance was very fast at responding to an issue I had with my W/D, and I appreciate that the staff is very professional. The location is a big bonus too, as it is walking distance to grocery stores, eateries, and more. Overall, I'd definitely recommend this place for anyone seeking a spacious apartment with a nice property staff!

Just moved into Circ. It has been amazing! Coming from another apartment in the fan this place is SUPER clean and the staff is so friendly. Super happy to have made the move!
Amazing place to live
Love it here! Absolutely an amazing place to live, always clean, maintenance is awesome and gets things done with extreme efficiency, and the property manager is extremely kind and great to work with. Apartments are spacious and everything is brand new and you can’t hear your neighbors at all. The balcony’s are absolutely gorgeous. Great place to live, and very pet friendly if you have dogs. Shauna, the property manager, even watched my dog for me one day while I was at work because he was very anxious that day. I’ve had no complaints, picked this place without even seeing it first and I’m extremely happy with my decision!
