Lived her 14 years, moved away, then returned. There are frequent management changes, so response from the office can be slow due to missed communication. Monthly pest control is not done despite a mandatory fee every month. Some residents allow their dogs to run loose, and do not clean up after them. There is loud "bass booming" music played from vehicles in the parking lot for hours
