Akelius have to improve on the festive events
After takeover from Fairway, Akelius is managing it as-is with low to minimum changes but still they reduced on many festive events & parties for residents for instance in 2021 & 2022 No Halloween celebration or event at all. They mostly blacked out on events parties. The management approach is very conservative they need to work on improving resident satisfaction index on that front.
A place to call home, indeed!
Fairway Apartments, despite lacking some amenities others maybe providing for additional cost, is a good place to call "home", with serene and noise-free neighborhood, clean & maintained property, great office & maintenance staff and affordable rent.

I love living here!
My family and I have been living at Fairway Apartments since 2011, I have graduated highschool ans college in this time. This is by far the greatest area we’ve lived in! The view of the golf course is gorgeous, there are so many walkable areas, the town center being just a few minutes away is a plus, and you have the beautiful Lake Anne just walking distance away. If I could live here forever i would in a heartbeat.
