Really need better maintenance

You say u have came in and fixed things, but when I get home nothing is fixed. My bathroom ceiling leaks when it rains. Then plaster and paint fall in the toilet and tub. Then I have to clean it up so they don't get clogged.

Sewage Smell

I have been staying here for almost a month now. And my apartment has a real bad odor that comes and goes. And its making my son sick he's 8 months... please check septic tank if over full need to be cleaned or a sewage pipe is cracked or broken. Please fix asap!
