It was great finding an apartment that gives assistance with deposits. I needed that. And then to find out the location, which is absolutely great because it's close to everything and then the amenities they said they had made it an awesome choice. Sadly, the amenities are not exactly as outlined on the website. And the apartments don't look exactly like they do on the website. It takes a long time for maintenance. There are things from my walk-through slip that I turned in two months ago that still aren't fixed. The gym is only open during the hours of the office is open and the office isn't open on weekends and only from 9 to 5 so that limits you if you have a job. I'm curious to see how the pool is going to work because I'm assuming that if you can't go into the gym without the office being open, you probably can't go to the pool either. My neighbors are pretty rowdy at times but for the most part, it's quiet, especially during the day. I really like it here. I know some of the units have bug problems, but I haven't had any at all knock on wood. The rent is a little bit higher than I anticipated once they add all the fees and etc. but rent is high everywhere so it is what it is. I do like it here, there just needs to be a few changes so that what is presented online matches what you actually get.
