First 2 years , really good , last gear , not so good , lot a value , great location and view ,, worst parking ever, big problems, and ceiling leaks makes living here long term not ideal .

My apartment is constantly noisy due to the restaurant that apparently now turns into a club every night. The bass shakes my floor and cabinets, upsets my dogs , triggers migraines, and makes being in my home at night almost impossible. Parking is a joke with 16 spaces for well over that amount of people. The dumpster area is disgusting and if the maintenance man Scott wasn't so amazing this place would get one star all around.
