Very limited parking it is a great area to access a wide variety of restaurants the train is very loud so if you're a delicate sleeper it's not for you no actual amenities besides a gym in a pool which is slows for the majority of the year and the gym needs to be updated

Not great

The location is fine. The parking lot is not great. The doors from the lot to get inside get jammed a lot. The trash room is gross and so are the floors. Theres always a lot of trash around the lot as well. The package room is not accessible to deliveries so I miss my packages often. There is still no mail set up which is ridiculous. When people ask me where to live, I tell them to find other complexes. I have had to complain about noisy neighbors 3-4 times and nothing was done and I was shut down by all of the managers we have had in the building. I think in the 5 months I've lived here there was 4 different managers because nobody wants to stay at this place. Not to mention, the gyms AC never works and it feels like 90 degrees, when I told someone about it, it never changed. Typical Chenman.
