Love Our Home

We moved into our apartment in June of 2021. Since we were still taking precautions because of CoVid, the whole process was done via text with Tamia. She was amazing. It was sometimes a frustrating process, but she eased our nerves and helped maked the process as smooth as it could be in that time. We moved into our apartment sight unseen, which made us a little nervous, but Tamia guaranteed we would be satisfied with it. She was not wrong! It was beautiful and clean when we moved in. Granite countertops, updated appliances, washer/dryer in unit. There is minimal noise because of the brick walls and concrete floors. All utilities included is the best part and one of the main reasons we moved into The Depot. The location is unbeatable. We can walk to soooo many local restaurants/bars/breweries/grocery stores. There has never been any drama or nonsense in the year that we have lived here. The gym is small, but perfectly usable. The pool is also small, but never crowded and everyone is courteous to each other. I do wish there was some designated street parking because it does get quite full some days, but worst case scenario, we can park across the street at Mermaid Winery and it is a short walk home. All of our neighbors we have come into contact with have been pleasant, as well as the staff. I can see us here for a few years. We absolutely LOVE it here!
