The staff at Andover Apt. are all very helpful and pleasant. All maintenance calls are answered right away, The onsite Maintenance team is efficient, and very professional at all times . The office manager cares about the tenants and pays close attention to our community and she is very professional. The landscaping is always beautiful we have flowers all throughout the year.

I've lived here about 4 years now. It's a good, decent clean, safe place to live. Neighbors mostly friendly and respectable. The office manager is excellent, friendly, helpful and efficient. The outstanding maintenance staff also very friendly, helpful, and respond immediately when notified of any problem. It's safer than many apartment complexes. The outside and parking lot lights stay on all night, which helps make it safe, because there are no places a possible intruder might hide.
