Timbers Townhomes

Timbers Townhomes is an excellent choice, and is located closely to schools, shoping centers and military base.

The management team is absolutely amazing. They answer all questions and concerns and are on top of making sure residents feel safe & secure. They answer their phones and return your calls and emails immediately. They are also quick at submitting work orders & having their maintenance team come out to the home to fix any maintenance issues. Maintenance staff are respectful, knowledgeable and very helpful when it comes to fixing issues within the residence. It is clean and quiet for the most part depending on which area you reside in. Where I reside the neighbors are nice and we get along well. Management recently was able to get a playground put onto the property and are working towards providing additional amenities. However, for it would be nice if more amenities were provided considering the amount you pay to reside there as other properties with small rent amounts have more amenities on their premises, such as pools, play grounds, fitness area, etc. Hopefully, these are some amenities that can be added. Otherwise, the management staff, maintenance, townhomes and neighbors are amazing, kind and very helpful. They have giveaways for those who pay rent early or on time, they give out back to school back packs, stocking stuffers, etc. The community overall is amazing.

Mrs. Jackson did a amazing job! Great communication and made the application a breeze even with the lil hiccups on or end she was patient and kept me calm.

Anytime i call or email management staff they get back to me quick and are on top of maintenance order requests or are quick to address any issues or concerns. We have parking and management is working on assigned parking due to visitors over parking in residents parking spaces. Management ensures a safe environment and has cameras posted for safety and a locked laundry room. Maintenance responds accordingly to address and fix any maintenance issues. All staff are very respectful and always updating residents and being fair. Ive lived here for a year thus far and renewed my lease due to great maintenance and management as well as their assistance and support in ensuring a safe living environment and area within Timbers Townhomes.

The state of the property does not account for the price, the units (at least mines) need a lot of work, we have experienced from electrical to plumbing issues. The office staff (Yari) is AMAZING, she is great and that helps your property very much also the maintenance guy Thaddeus, he is definitely an upgrade from the previous. Make maintenance supervisor. Make sure you take care of these 2 workers they are top of the line.

Im just moving into this place but i have co complaints about it. Just some lil things need to be replaced but its cool
