I've been here for 14 years - hope not to leave anytime soon. It's better now than it's ever been for apartment living, the place is fairly quiet and the staff has been good to me, maintenance is very timely.

Cool place to live but has its faults

Overall a cool neighborhood to live in. Maintainence is propbably the hardest thing to deal with you will have to wait a while before you can get your stuff looked at. Also if a customer has a request that they are home when any maintenance is being done that is designated in the work order to simply honor instead of being pushed to the back. No one wants to impede anyone from doing their job but inconsistencies in staff does not sit well. Plus why have jt as an option if it cant be met when asked. Security wise wish all apartments had a two lock system instead of one. Gives a bit more of security when not at home. Other that that, your neighbors can be hit or miss. You may get the ones who stay to themselves and are quiet. Or your get the ones who like to play music from 10pm til 4am. Never know what may happen.
