Poor Service

I have placed multiple requests in for repairs and/or service. The first being requested over 6 weeks ago and several of my requests have either gone unserviced or when they were serviced. The work was done very poorly, to the point that as far as I can see the work is not done. Cleaning of common areas both inside buildings and outside throughout the complex are either completely overlooked or the service depends on what building you live in. For example, the building the complex offices are located in have really nice landscaping with flowers and mulch. However, the planting beds around all the other buildings have zero mulch, but they definitely have mud! I believe everyone in the complex should be receiving the same treatment. Just saying. Respectfully
