I’ve put in several request for a new dryer or someone to repair my dryer sense last year. I’ve yet to have the issue resolved. No one comes to check it it’s like my requests are being ignored.

So ive had several issues that were not addressed. Maintenance reported when i first moved in that were never fixed. Reached out to the house and higher up management about issues within the community and nothing was done about it. My car was towed went to management about being told i would get a pass when i first moved in. Which she said she would get me and never did, stated she never met me but she gave me my keys to my apartment and i went up there two weeks after moving in about maintenance and my parking pass. They are very passive about concerns. Could care less unless its about getting their money, that’s important to them. It could be a decent apartment to live in if management was better. The trash can is a problem always trash all over and homeless people in my building. If they have more maintenance worker it would be less issues as far as that but ive only ever seen 2. One came into my apartment and broke glass all over my bathtoom and closet and left it. I cut my foot several times. It’s unacceptable for the money you spend to live there.

Apartments are decent but cannot get in touch with the office most of the time & Trash can area is a issue.
