The parking situation has gotten worse over the years. residents and Guest use to be able to park in front of the complex, now guest are required to park in the back corner of the neighborhood . Which isnt lit very well at night due to several lights being out in property for a couple months now. The unnecessary towing has to stop as there is more than enough parking spaces on the complex and 99% of the time your towing residents or guest of residence. Ive been towed twice for reasons other than a parking decal (expired tags, flat tire) which just feels like robbery when you pay rent to live on property. And you have a parking decal!! Maintenance has always been great, whenever i put a request in Ricardo comes Asap, explains the issue, and assures me that the issue is fixed. However sense Ricardo has been off the property that has come to a stop. My maintenance request arent being fulfilled and several lights on property are out and making the property very dark at night, requests for a review are being sent to my email as if the orders are being filled and no one has shown up. This has happened twice to my resent requests. Amenities on property are nonexistent, the pool is often times is not sanitary, which was never the case when we had a lifeguard on site. The gym equipment is always broken (treadmill, weight machine, etc) this is very frustrating because its one of the only amenities that adults have on site and its pretty much non existent. The security gates are never oporating properly for more than a week at a time. The Amenities i feel are a big issue as rent constantly goes up but the property doesnt get ANY new amenities or fix the existing ones. Staff has improved over the years. Ive been here almost 7 years. Annalise does a excellent job at responding to emails, returning phone calls, and reaching out when theres a issue. She always compassionate, reliable, understanding, relatable, and most of all professional.

Good Value

These apartments are good for the price. I had a few problems wrong when i first moved in that i'm still trying to get fixed. Maintenance is very slow but that is my only gripe other than that i truly enjoy staying here. Most of the problems are minuscule regardless.

Rental Survey

I have lived in this community about 3 years and there is not enough visitor parking. It is very dangerous for my guest to have to walk from the back where the maintenance office is all the way to the front in the dark at night. We need more guest parking where the mailboxes are near the front entrance. I have complained in the past with no results. Also the rental office is never open when you need somebody. I'm just over it I'm thinking about moving in the near future.

Easy living

While the area is well maintained my the staff the garbage areas can get messy due to people not putting trash into the dumpsters.

Home Sweet Home

Its nice to come home here, it is conveniently located, professional and friendly staff. I love that fact that it is a gated community with security patrol.
