My family and I have lived here for 2 years now. Just resigned for a 3rd! When I first moved in it was a little rough. Then i was given notice that Mrs. Cindy Robinson was taking over the property. Immediately experienced excellent care! The maintenance staff is always super friendly, fast acting, and does a amazing job. We have not had any pest issues, we are serviced every other month, and the pest control is amazingly friendly as well. The price is exceptional and still very affordable even with rising housing costs accross hampton roads. Love the updated laundry facilities! I love my parking spot, and if you have a visitor there is always a spot for them open! Exceited and blessed to enjoy another year at this complex. It is lovely that Mrs. Cindy Robinson and the maintenance staff get the job done, and care about the residents.
