What others love about this property:
Bad to worse
This property allows people with serious mental illness to live amongst the general population without regard to safety concerns. My upstairs neighbor has psychotic fits above my head for hours at a time. When reported to management any concerns are blown off. Calling the police to address these types of outburst gets referred right back to management. Move somewhere else.
Its Okay
Out apartment is filled with cigarette smoke from our neighbors below causing our clothes to smell bad. Management is very difficult to work with on any issues, they’re very condescending. Laundry units have been down for weeks and no word from management about it. I do not recommend Gosnold Mews.
