Look elsewhere

We just received our renewal offer, which was 11% higher than our current rent. The market average rent increase from 2017-2022 was 5.77%. When I attempted to negotiate the rate, I was told “there is no negotiation room for your renewal offer.” I strongly encourage those considering the Hamptons at Hunton Park to look elsewhere. It is an undeniably beautiful community, but when you’re priced out of your own home and the property management (MAA) refuses to negotiate in good faith, you’re left looking for a new home a year later.

Nice location

Everything about my experience has been really nice from actually viewing the property to the move-in process. I work at home most the time so it's very quiet. They have nice amenities as well as the community that is walkable

Wonderful place to live!

My girlfriend and I have lived for almost 2 months now and we are absolutely thrilled. The maintenance team are absolute ROCKSTARS. They are so prompt and kind, and have had all of our issues fixed the same day we put in the request. On top of that the Leasing Consultant Miora is an absolute joy to work with. She's extremely helpful and knowledgeable as well. Trust me, you'll absolutely love living here.
