Over Priced

Over priced right now the the type of apartment I'm currently living in. The price has only gone up and for not good reason. the price when up when an apartment wasn't even filled. I'm a good paying customer and always pay on time. I expect better treatment than over 10% increases each year. This is not cool and will have me looking for a new place to live in the next year.

I love living here!

I have lived at MAA Glen Allen for almost 3 years and love it. The staff is friendly, maintenance is helpful and timely in their repairs, and I have not had issues with my apartment. The grounds are clean, well lit and well kept. I feel safe here and enjoy being a resident very much!
