-Good place to live, quiet, spacious -garbage is an issue, shouldn’t have to lug garbage around development (sometimes it’s heavy/leaking)very inconvenient -updates are needed -most of the staff is pleasant/helpful -too pricey for condition (rent is as much as newer apartments in area but upon move in they are not freshly painted and carpet is old/used)

it's a living
The trash has been a MAJOR issue. I don't feel like I should be threatened and charged if I CAN NOT PHYSICALLY get to the dumpster to throw away my trash due to others piling it up on the stairs and to the door. My upstairs neighbors are the most inconsiderate. They yell at each other for hours at a time and their kids will stomp around on the floor until 1 am in the morning no matter what day of the week it is. I have asked them to please keep it down. I would love just one day where I came home and had a peaceful evening of them not stomping around and being rude.
