My experience thus far has been well. I am not use to having to find parking based on where i came from previously so it is an adjustment for sure. The only downfall for me is space and thats just based on personal preference with some things. Not a bad place to live and feel proud. Its not run downed or anything of that nature so i am pleased in that regard. Seems relatively quite most of the time but there are dogs so that can get a little noisy but overall not a waste. Pricing well if i were to compare it with other places in area i suppose it is reasonable. However, it is still a little bit pricy for me. Yet, i know there are more pricer places. For now, it will do.

Have lived year for a year. Appreciate having trash pickup, in-unit washer and dryer, dishwasher and garbage disposal. Maintenance requests are usually handled on a timely basis. Ample parking, good outdoor lighting. Low cost relative to other similarly equipped apartment homes.
