Yesterday we woke up to a refrigerator with any internal temp of 75 degrees and everything in it ruined. I opened a maint request immediately and then a emergency on the phone system. The maint department gentleman was able to get here quickly. He went over everything and replace some electrical parts as well topping off the coolant. But it seems the compressor may have been the issue because the heating was happening in both the freezer and refrigerator. He told me that he would do his best to have a new one here the next morning which he did. This employee is a highly trained and Im sure a very valuable employee. He sure showed his concern and expertise with this issue. Most important he kept his word and had a new unit to me by 8:30 on my doorstep. Yes it works perfectly. I wish I knew his name but please pass on to him for me again Thank You.

I absolutely love living here! The property is beautiful and well maintained. The apartment is lovely and the perfect size. The office staff is amazing! So friendly and helpful! Love the valet living too.. No complaints here!

The other day my thermostat had a blank screen, and I couldn't get the heat or air conditioning to work. The Maintenace staff showed up in a timely manner and fixed it for us. Many Thanks: Mark

We reported that the burners on the stove were not heating correctly. Olivia contacted the maintenance staff for us and the problem was corrected immediately. The maintenance staff were efficient and great. Thank You to all !!!!!!!! Mark and Linda

My wife & I just renewed our lease for another year-making this our 9th year living at Lakeridge Square Apartments. We were offered the opportunity to have lighting upgrades at lease renewal but we declined since we are very satisfied with everything we already have in our apartment. Many, many thanks to the Leasing Office staff as well as to the entire Maintenance staff for always going above and beyond the norm to make us feel welcome and as valued residents here!
