I have lived here for over a year, for the most part it has been good. One reoccurring issue I have been experiencing is missing packages. In one year 5 packages have gone missing, one recently on 4-24. And yes, I do have parcel pending. No one can explain to me how this keeps happening, they certainly dont want to take responsibility at front office. I have seen packages left haphazardly in the mail room, front office and the employee lounge for anyone to grap. One missing package was located, two I was able to have the vendor resend at their expense. The rest I took the loss. Its very frustrating. This is one of the main reasons I will not renew my lease here. I am a small business owner and I have to have reliable mail service.

From the moment I first considered moving here up to now, I truly couldn’t have made a better decision. The staff—especially Austin—guided me through the entire process, from touring the property to helping me choose the perfect home for both me and my son. To this day, it still feels like the ideal fit. The amenities and overall environment are second to none. When my first lease ended, I didn’t hesitate for a second to renew for an extended period—that alone says everything about my experience here. The maintenance team is outstanding. They respond quickly and handle any issues thoroughly and professionally. It’s clear that they genuinely care about the residents and the property. I honestly can’t say enough good things about living here. If you’re looking for an apartment home in the Ashburn area, I highly recommend this community.

I’ve been living here for about 4 years now, I’m pretty satisfied with the apartment and community. The place is generally well-maintained, and it’s a comfortable environment to live in. That said, the basketball gym hours could definitely be improved — they’re pretty limited, which makes it hard to use the facility if you have a busy schedule. Despite those issues, I still think it’s a good place to live. The apartment itself and the neighborhood make up for the small inconveniences.
