Beautiful place, but the noise is torture

Aesthetically, I love the apartment, and the amenities are great. The construction quality is incredibly poor. The biggest downside is that I haven't slept through a single night since I've been here. Very heavy footed upstairs neighbors who make a lot of noise every night between 12AM and 2AM (and throughout the day) - I've never experienced anything like it... Heavy footsteps, moving furniture, flushing toilet, and opening and closing doors. I'm really looking forward to my next work trip to be able to sleep through the night in a hotel. Trash is also a problem. 3rd floor neighbors prefer not to use the chutes, but rather open the trash room door and throw their bags in there - leaving loose food and other trash spread out on the floor. I really feel for the crew who has to clean it up on a daily basis.

Overall, I recommend.

I have lived here with my son for about 6 months. Generally, its VERY quiet... but truly each experience will depend on your neighbors and sound acceptance for apartment living. Overall a very respectful environment. Amenities are fine, location is convenient, parking is what it is... and key fobs annoyingly take a few tries at times... but overall a very safe, clean and high end complex.

Great building that isn't managed well

We have been residents here for over a year now. During that time: 1. Movie room has never been open 2. We have had to formalize multiple complaints due to noise issues 3. Long response times from management (if at all) 4. Parking garage gate only works 50% of the time and the gate on the 4th floor didn't work for months on end which was supposed to be "secure". The amenities here are great and the previous cleaning crew was amazing (who was let go, guessing due to cost).
