Very homey feel. Beautiful property, well maintained. Families playing and walking around, using the amenities. Apartments are large and we'll maintained. Very friendly staff.

Parking

The new parking policy is one of the worst I have ever seen in my life. It doesn't make much sense - all things considered. It will do nothing but create unneeded anxiety for residents and visitors. Completely impractical and clearly a money grab. Very disappointing.

Needs attention

Rude managment at the begining, new manager seems to be more realistic - price of the area is going high but not the quality of service neccsarly - gas bill is very high, can be run more effience! Cleaning of the area, it’s gotten better with new managment!

We love living at Bell Ashburn. The decoration is minimal and clean. Maintenance is very responsive. It is in a quiet neighborhood and there is lots of parking. The gym and clubhouse are great and we like the events the office throws for residents.
