Very peaceful, great amenities, staff convenient location, Whole Foods and Commonwealth Joe's accessible from within the building. Dedicated doggy park and another larger doggy park across the street.

I’ve loved living here. You really can’t beat the location. However, managment over the last 14-16 months has been really bad. The vast majority of the rest of the staff is excellent, though.

Its a great apt building with very responsive staff. It is however a little bit noisy with occasional dog barking fro the nearby apartments

Beautiful apartments and amenities, nice community, friendly and helpful staff, prime location convenient to local retail, grocery, and restaurant needs, ease of accessing public transport (metro station is two blocks away, and bike rental options across thee street), ease of access to major highways, clean and safe parking

This is a great place in terms of location and amenities, but they really like to wring the residents dry with 10-20% rent renewal increases and charging the residents for common area electricity usage (first I've ever experienced).
