Under construction

The Millennium has been under construction since autumn 2023. The final product should be great, but the process is taking more than twice as long as originally projected and management hasn't been good about keeping the tenants informed of delays and new schedules. The longtime manager left her position late last year and as far I can tell has not yet been replaced. The "front desk" is operating out of the rental office — something that was supposed to be the case for only a month, and is now into its third month — and packages are not secure when the front desk is left unattended. I'm a longtime tenant and I hope things will get better soon, but right now it's suboptimal.

Overall Good Start

Front desk staff has been great, I was unaware the lobby would be removed 2 days after moving in, but it's been fine. The only issue was picking up the keys and the introduction from leasing. I was handed a folder and that was literally about all that was offered. Admiditly I was prepared with questions. I've had to figure a lot out on my own. Almost everything was not plugged back in after the I assume upgrades were made. Cable had been physically not reconnected which Comcast to come, garbage desposal was unplugged, ac breakers were off which I didn't realize for two weeks. And I just learned there is an app for the blinds. I also had to learn how open the garage on my own. Just my two cents maybe there's a virtual orientation that can be created.

Pricey

I have lived in my apartment since 2013. I believe I've been here the longest. There really should be a price consideration (reduction/discount) for those of us who have been here for 10 years or more. Instead, I got a nearly $1K increase....and no offer to upgrade, paint or anything. This makes me sad.
