I have been in the U.S. for about 9 years now, and I’ve lived at Morningside for 8 of those years. I only left once, but ended up coming back after a year, that alone says a lot. The apartments are great, and the location is perfect with easy access to just about everything you could need. The staff at the leasing office, especially Nicole, who I have come to know over the years, have been consistently good, and my experience with them has been nothing short of excellent. The maintenance team especially stands out. They communicate well, actually listen, and go above and beyond to make sure residents are satisfied. Overall, it’s been a great experience, and I don’t plan on moving out anytime soon.

Please be quicker with heating/AC. And don't have hot water randomly be turned off every now and then.
