I like the apartment, just have a few flaws within the apartment. Electric bill is ridiculously HIGH. When you submit a work request, takes a couple of days, to acknowledge request.

I love my uniy

Love living here. I have a great view and minutes from 395. Downside is there's no visitors parking and no security cameras, only in the hub area. Staff and maintenance staff are awesome we need visitors parking. There's limited street parking.

property is very nice for an older building. The new owner has renovated many areas of the building and are repairing older sections that need it. - very friendly property manager and leasing agent. - maintenance staff is average at best. there is a lack of follow through on outstanding requests.
