I love the place; it's very quiet, the neighbors are very respectful. There is hardly any noise, so it's always pretty much quiet 95 percent of the time. It is easy access to the places I need to go; like the store, doctor's, my P.O.'s office is right down the street about 2 minutes away. The rules are very simple and easy to follow; I like the fact there is a set schedule for doing our part around the place. We all have a set time for us to take care of anything that needs to be done. The rooms are comfortable, the bed is very comfortable to sleep in. The bathroom is always clean, as well as the kitchen clear of an clutter. The mail system is smart and easy, one of the residents brings us our mail right to our door so it's very simple and not complicated. Parking is very convenient because we can have easier access to our vehicles if we have one. It also prevents any unnecessary complications with parking on or on the street. Having a smoking area is also convenient because it prevents any smoke getting in the apartment and around others.
