Woke up and when out to my car in the spot that i pay for every month. To ky suprise my car was no longer in my parking spot. I called the tow company and they said they infact towed it for “looking suspicious” i was not notified that my car was towed. I wasnt contacted by the apartment and I will be pursing legal action.

We truly enjoy living here! Everything about this community is fantastic, from the well-maintained facilities to the attentive staff. However, the only aspect that requires immediate attention is the contracted towing service. A few weeks ago, the tow truck driver attempted to illegally tow one of the three cars we have parked in our paid, designated spaces. The driver claimed he couldn't see the parking decal (permit). Fortunately, one of us arrived at that moment and was able to stop the tow in a heated discussion with the driver, who was clearly mistaken. This incident caused significant and unnecessary stress, especially since we are paying for those three designated parking spots. While the community itself is excellent, management should seriously review the contract with the current towing company to ensure they exercise due diligence and respect the permits of paying residents. We love living here and hope this critical issue can be resolved.

We have been living here for one year and, with absolute pleasure, we decided to extend our contract for another year. This is the main reason why I would recommend The Opal to all my friends. The property is truly characterized by the excellent service and attention provided by the staff, especially Luis and his colleague, as well as the quick response of Sidney to any tenant request. They genuinely care about order and noise control. The maintenance is always impeccable, and the pleasant scent in the hallways is a constant reminder that we live in a well-cared-for and wonderful place. Thanks for the summer celebration!
