Staff and Townhouses are Awesome

Staff and Susan Especially have been super helpful and proactive since day 1 that I moved in here, all repairs and needs are made right away and always very helpfull!!!! Neighbors are awesome and always looking out if you have packages and making sure you get them!!!! Love the Basketball Court!! Parking is the Best right in front no walking and waiting to get home!! Thanks Susan!!!

Rents constantly increasing without complex improving values

Definitely did not recommend this place after staying here! No one's ever Harley in the office, no one responds to your calls except for when you call 30 + x, and maintenance does not fix everything correctly or properly or completely! There are no amenities here so if I were you and could afford to move somewhere else, I would! It states it is a low-income residents however the residents here do not look like they're low income Harley Davidson bikes and multiple cars chicken up most of the parking spaces with your extra vehicles! Got abandoned vehicles parked in guest parking for months and there's no security cameras around to watch your stuff or the cars. It appears to me they don't care about the residents, just about the money!!!
