There was a lot of maintenance issues and some things still need fo be fixed.

I love living here, the community is great, and the leasing and maintenance team are always very responsive and quick to help with anything I need.

I have lived here for three years, this apartment complex's previous management was useless and was incompetent. This new management that came in (I believe in 2021) has been fantastic. The noise isn't too bad but with the freeway and living right next to 7800 south the apartments can be rumbled with noise of loud cars, which happens often and keeps us up at night sometimes. The location itself is very convenient though, being right down the street from Jordan Landing. As for the price, it's very good because our lease is very cheap compared to the people who are moving in or recently moved in and the only way they afford it is by having multiple families living in the one space. When I leave in the mornings for work, I see at least 3-4 working people leaving a single 2 bedroom apartment. There in lies the problem with all the parking, if you aren't home by 6PM then you have to park all the way in the back of the complex.

I have lived in this complex in the past, I decided to move out and try another place, and found myself coming right back. I absolutely love living here. It makes me feel safe and happy there is a ton of children for my kids to play with.

Limited storage in kitchen and only storage in bedroom closets. Limited parking. AC unit is small and can't keep up with summer- it is on nonstop and usually 2-3 degrees hotter then thermostat is set. The walls are paper thin so we can hear everything outside and next door. Most of the time when maintenance comes they are quick and do a good job, but sometimes only a "band aid" fix is done.
