Great location.. bad management & too much noise

I have LOVED the location as well as the amenities. Although ever since I moved in there has almost always been constant construction early in the mornings and throughout the day. This has definitely disturbed my quality of living as the construction happening is directly outside my windows. The management here is very slow and quite rude. I have never had a friendly interaction with the girls at the desk unfortunately. I wish they were friendlier and more communicative especially when emailed.

Not Bad But Could Be Better

We love the staff and location very much. However, the building and some of the construction choices are questionable. It is new construction and oh boy did they so it on the cheap. The laminate floors in our unit are already coming up. Things constantly breaking or coming apart. Parking is very limited and you are left either paying for the expensive “EV” charging under building 2. Or the gimmicky stackable parking machine—think Carvana vending machine but breaks down a lot and residents who have it grumble about it. No freight elevator in either building, so hope you don’t have large items. Yes, you’ll be using the resident elevators to move in. You will be charged for Dwelo smart home hub which includes internet that crashes alot. The base rent may be great for the area but after all the nickle and diming and required “amentities” that you get no choice and the laughable parking situation, youll be paying a lot. Still 50/50 if we are renewing our lease.

Great Staff Good Location

I've lived here for a year now, and I'm pretty happy overall. It's in a nice location, and the office and maintenance staff are awesome! Decent amenities as well. However, the parking lift has been a bit of struggle. It seems to go through periods where it's always breaking down, and while it's the cheapest parking option it's still pretty pricey for a lift that doesn't always work. I also feel like the apartments cost more than the value of it, but again it's a well run community so that makes up for a lot. Overall, it works for me and what I was looking for.

Paperbox lofts

Living here is so amazing for college and for any stage of life. It is so close to downtown and there is so much to do. The apartments are very modern and nice to live in, all of the animals that live in the apartment are so amazing and cute as well and the staff is very helpful. Parking is not the best around here but everything else in the community overdoes the parking. Great place to live and very affordable for what you are getting!! Definitely live here!!
