Little to no guest parking. I also liked having no assigned parking. When i first signed my contract there was no mention of assitional fees for better parking spots until we got assigned parking. The parking is already expensive and I feel 1) the additional fee should have been mentioned 2) there should be more than 8 slots for guest parking within a complex that houses 100s of people
