Location and Property

The property is very well kept. The yard maintenance crew is great. The location is ideal even with the increase in traffic and building all around the units. Close to schools, churches and grocery stores. My wife and I are sold on have the paved city trail just below the property. Good for walking by the River, skim boarding, biking and running. We have used the trail for Marathon training, century bike rides and just to keep active.

Great friendly neighborhood

We love living here. Its a great community and it is a beautiful property. We have amazing neighbors and we love having a garage and we are close to everything. The maintenance guys are all very kind and helpful. Carolina is super friendly and takes great care of our property.
