The staff has been amazing here. Fast to maintenance requests and friendly. They care about their tenants and their grounds and take good care of both.

Great place to live
What originally was a 6 month lease turned into 7 years. Feels like a community and neighborhood. Love the garage that's attached and leasing office is always friendly.

Pinehurst Review
I have lived at Pinehurst for six months and have found it to be a great experience. I work remotely from home and the apartment layout (2 bedrooms) is ideal. In addition, Pinehurst is very quiet compared to other apartment complexes where I have lived. From a maintenance standpoint, there have been a few small issues that were addressed right away and the grounds surrounding our building are well maintained as well.

The maintenace crew is really great l. They just raised our rent- like every year, but they are very attentive to ours calls.

LOVE IT HERE!!!
Great location! Lovely property! Fantastically quiet (we can barely hear any outside noise when we are in our apartment, and sitting out on the balcony is quite enjoyable, as there is hardly any 'outside noise')! Love the pool and hot tub, as well as the gym! Great staff!! It is a bit pricey, but IMO, worth it! (parking is okay; very happy that we have a garage, too)
