Love it here!

I've lived at ParcWest for a few years, and I love it! Even when I changed jobs and my commute into work tripled in distance and time I refuse to move. There is plenty of parking, I feel safe, and it is a quiet but friendly community. The Maintenance staff are amazing! They are quick to help and keep the property clean.

Clean, great location, great amenities

We've lived at ParcWest for five years and we love it. It's a great location, with great amenities, and the maintenance staff is AMAZING. Mark is always so friendly, helpful and quick at what he does. The pool area is always so clean because he cleans it daily. We live in building A and it's always so quiet, we can't hear our neighbors.
