I have lived at Parc West for 3 full years and I would highly recommend it to anyone looking to live near the southern end of the Salt Lake Valley. Being very close to both Bangerter Highway as well as I-15, it is very quick and easy to get to the highways to be off and on your way, either going South or going North. Amenities including grocery shopping, healthcare services, and others are very close by. I only remember twice in 3 years when someone knocked at my door w/ reference to solicit something and both times it was LDS looking to increase their numbers. Maintenance calls have been very far and few between and what calls that have been made have been addressed in short order. The only reason I am moving is because my new promotion requires me to relocate, otherwise I would still be living at Parc West! Thank you Parc West!

I lived here for a 6 month short term lease and it was a great choice. Staff were really helpful, moving in/out was easy and the amenities were awesome.
