Overall a good place to live.
I have been here for a little over three years and overall have loved it here. Its a great location and neighborhood. Very safe and taken care of.
Quiet Comfortable Living in Ideal Location
I have lived at Liberty Hill for over 10 years. I love location with a view over the Salt Lake Valley. I love the amenities with an upgraded workout room and nice pool in the summer and jacuzzi open year round. I like the 2 level floor plan with living room downstairs and bedrooms upstairs. The staff are always friendly and responsive to any needed work orders. The area is quiet and safe. I guess my only complaint is raising rents every year without fail but I guess nobody can avoid that.
Overall Decent Place to Live
I've lived here for 3 years, I've loved living here because of the location and how close we are to groceries, stores, food establishments, the freeway, etc. The neighborhood is tucked back far enough that it feels like a quiet suburban neighborhood. It feels very safe and homie, it has been a great first place to live. My complaints really come down to how dated everything in the unit is vs the price they charge. You can easily find something much nicer for the same price just across the freeway. Office staff is very kind and willing to work with you if you speak up. I wish the interior was a little nicer and more updated for the price they charge, but other than that I don't have much bad to say about this property.
