Aggressive breeds are identified by the National Center for Disease Control and include, but are not limited to:Purebred (Pit Bull, Rottweiler, German Shepherd, Malamute, Doberman Pinscher, Chow Chow) Crossbreed (Wolf-Dog Hybrid, German Shepherd, Pit Bull Type, Husky-Type) Prior to approval of your application or before you acquire a pet, you must schedule a “pet interview” with management and provide a certificate of health that states pet breed, age, weight, height and vaccinations received. Very Noisy
Between the upstairs dog barking for hours on end, the tenant stomping around in what must be combat boots and dragging furniture around and dropping it from shoulder height throughout the day and night, EVERY day and night, it is loud. Add to it, exterior doors that have nothing to keep them from slamming, so people ALL day and all night just let them slam, jarring the entire building each time, and you won’t be sleeping. Finally, the neighbor behind and his daughter scream at the top of their lungs, smash things against the wall, and play music so loud that I can hear the exact song they are playing amost every day…along with an obvious lack of insulation between units, and you will not be relaxing in your home. People here have ZERO consideration for their neighbors. It is a shame, because the grounds and amenities are nice and well maintained, the staff are kind and helpful and the location is great…I just can litterally get ZERO peace and quiet here and will be leaving when my lease expires.

I've lived here about 6 months, and it's a great community. There's lots of community events, and everyone is super friendly.
