Information updates

Management needs to keep residents informed of activities in the neighbor. For example, when the washers and dryers were removed in Phase 2. No one was told of this removal or when new washers and dryers were project to be installed. Second, water in Phase 2 was turned off on Friday morning, but residents that were impacted were not provided updates of when the water was projected to be turned back on. Especially since no one was seen working in the apartment that had the leak after 5 in the afternoon on Friday and no activity over the weekend.

Nice Location

This area is pretty good. I currently reside in a one bedroom one bath apartment that faces the golf course which is really beautiful in the morning especially when the sunrises. I love the location because I'm never more then 10-15 minutes from anything. I'm right down the street from the mall, downtown etc. The staff is incredible. Maintenance in my opinion is excellent. Best I've ever dealt with in all my time renting. They are quick and get things done. The gyms equipment could use and upgrade and the laundry room most definitely need an upgrade. The entire thing from the machines to the room itself. Even though I'm right next to the laundry room I still go and find a laundry mat. Other than that this is a great location. Been here about 2 years now.
