Been here since July 2025. Move-in was a smooth transition. Some problems occurred, but staffing assisted in resolving the matter while going through a management transition. I highly recommend, location is available to variable amenities outside the community besides the maculate service the property provides.

I really love to live here, despite I have seen a negative-change in the residents who live here now compared to when I first moved in. There are more people hanging-out during late hours at the property etc. There was a recent incident tonight that actually made the news etc. Cops where everywhere. This would have never happened years back. I do not see security anymore onsite at anytime anymore. When they use to come, it would be at night, and at best, they would sit in their golf cart at the top of the property, and ride down every now and then. You're hear for the check, I get it; but your job is the protect us while we are sleeping and look over the property for anything strange that could happen, like tonight. As residents, we pay too much money to live here not to be safe 100% of the time. I also see too many people driving too fast in the parking garage. It is not a street or a motor speedway. You never know when someone will pop out of a car while trying to pick up their child on the other side, wile you are driving 30 miles inside a parking garage for no reason. We all are tired and want to get inside. I get it. If you hit that said person, then what? Yes, there is a speed limit sign, but it is obviously ignored. Outside of that, I love it here and I do feel that I am getting my worth living here. I am glad to call it home.

Staff are great and the quality if the apartments is good. Wish they cleaned up more around here, im always smelling trash and dog poop.
