When i first moved in i was told there was supposes to be a “bark park” being installed in the nexr coming months. Low and behold 3 years later still no dog park, they have flipped management companies numerous times, and the value of tge apartments are a little high in comparisson to other apartments within the area. The staff is friendly, and the maitnence guy is on it! The interior of the apartments arent amazing but theyre pretty nice. I did have water damage in my bedroom ceiling that the old management company took forever to take care of, as well as on the exterior of my apartment walls in the shared hallway. The sealing around the bathroom shower and tub is pretty mediocre as well. The pool has been the least of their worries, i work in the pool industry and their attention to this amenity is non exsistent. The gym, game room, and mail room are semi well kept, usually theirs unracked weights in the gyms kettle bells laying around and in the mailroom the packages and mail tht doesnt have a home tends to pile up. They do have a dog wash….. that smells and is given no attention as the faucets leak or spray you when they are in operation, and the air blower they have for the dogs has been salvaged at least 5 times rather than being replaced with a new one. All in all 2-3 stars nothing special nothing extra bit its a place to live for at least $1600
