I’ve lived here almost a Year it’s beautiful my neighbors are friendly in passing noone hanging in the hallway and holidays are made especially for the residents and guests. They are always having something nice going on like meet and greets, movie night and game night. I always feel safe because security is great and Pearland police are always in the parking lot. It’s a great place to stay.

I have been living here 1 month short of a year. There are pros to living here. The primary benefit is location. It is right off of 288 and in the center of shops. The parking is pretty amazing. There is availability for residents. There is also plenty of parking for visitors because it is in a shopping center. The maintenance people respond quickly to requests. Have I had to do a repeat call for something? Yes. However, they show up the next day and it's fixed. Once I had a leaking kitchen sink and they fixed it that night. Valet trash is also plus. Especially since elevator is still out. During my time here, ownership has switched. I have noticed a few differences. The place is not as clean as before. We had a hurricane this past summer and one of the elevators got water in it. Initially there was a sign stating temporarily out of order. It is one day shy of the new year. The elevator is still not fixed and there has been no announcement on a plan to fix it. The pool is open all year, which is nice. However, they tell us that there are pool hours, but there are people utilizing the area without consideration of noise at odd hours of the night. There is no number available for noise complaint. As someone who must be up at 4:30a for work, it doesn't make me happy. The walls shared with neighbors are extremely thin. I can hear my neighbor's phone conversations. Thank God she can sing because I hear that too. Another thing is packages. I tried to make a verbal complaint about it once and the lady at the front desk gave me push back about how they are available for package drop off. I have consistently had issues with package delivery due to locked gates and no one being at the front desk. So much so that every time I place a order with Amazon they notify me that they often have an issue dropping off packages at my location. This is mostly frustrating because there is a fee we pay for packages.
