Major maintenance issues

I lived there from 4/20-8/23. The first unit was plagued by raw sewage coming up into my sink and bathtub. They never even had a plumber come out. After a year of this happening they offered to move me to a diffrent unit. The new unit had an ac unit that would simply shut off at random times. In August, I notified them over 20 times that it was not working properly. They never fixed it so I terminated the lease. They have now turned me over to collections. Its a beautiful building in a good location but the owner is a rare breed - BE VERY CAREFUL!!! Also, they will tow you during Wurstfest if you park in the front parking lot. Its in the lease so they cover their backside but it shows how they feel about their residents! I would post pictures but I can’t on this site. Check them out on their Google reviews. I put them on there.

Landmark-an excellent place to live

We have lived here at Landmark Apts. since 2008. The place is beautifully landscaped, perfectly laid out with excellent staff from office personnel to the fantastic maintenance crew. Plus I believe we live in the prettiest city in Texas, next to the most beautiful park in Texas. Why would we wih to live anywhere else.

The Landmark apartments have everything when it comes to amentities and scenery. It feels like a safe community and you have the opportunity to be minutes away from the historical downtown area. I love the area and the park access as well.

Love where we live.

Have lived here for 13+ years. Love our apartment, the staff and especially our maintenance crew. When we first came to Texas in 2005 we saw Landa Park and thought how nice it would be to live here. Moved into Landmark a couple of years later and have never looked back or missed our house. This is home for my wife and I.
