Fantastic Complex - Borderline Overpriced
We have loved Sandstone Ridge for the most part. The apartment is great, pools are awesome, maintenance is incredibly responsive. But the monthly cost is steep and you are forced to pay monthly for services like Valet Trash (mandatory). If you can swallow the cost, its a solid complex.

Love this place!
The past 4 years, I have dealt with apartments in a couple of states and one in another city. This place has fantastic amenities, the staff is extremely nice, maintenance takes care of things in a timely manner and they even do preventative maintenance (which, trust me, not every complex does). The apartment itself is up to date with great appliances, it's gated, I don't hear noise, and if there is any problem, the staff is wonderful about helping. The location is just right, a little ways out but still easy access to everything.
