My parents recently moved into The Palms and I was able to visit them. Their apartment is amazing and much better than the 2 my wife and I resided in here in Midland. I wish The Palms had been one we viewed before settling elsewhere.
Helpful
We moved in expecting hardwood or tile floors in the living area and dining room. They were carpet; it was only a misunderstanding on our part. However, when we brought it up with office staff, they listened to our concern, asked a few pertinent questions and resolved the issue WITHOUT hesitation. We are excited to be here and look forward to our time at The Palms.
Great
The office staff has been excellent; very friendly and very very helpful. Everything has been explained well and questions have been answered quickly. I also met one of the maintenance staff and he was just as friendly. I could not ask for the personell at The Palms to be any better.
Cozy living in a prime location
Been here for two years now and absolutely love it. The spacious layout and modern amenities create a comfortable living environment, and the location is perfect with easy access to shops and parks. The friendly community and attentive management make it feel like home.
