Doesnt keep our lawn maintenance up. Cant get in dumpsters

I have lived here over four years. I have experienced a quiet apartment complex. Some good aspects include location, noise level, and a relatively quiet environment. Location is fantastic & Parking is good as well. The Shadow Creek II gate has been an issue though since there is only one gate in and out.
