There is also a $350 one-time fee per pet.Ā We do have restrictions on certain dog breeds, such as American Pitbull Terrier, American Bulldog, American Staffordshire Terrier, Rottweiler, German Shepherd, Alaskan Husky, Alaskan Malamute, Samoyed, Siberian Husky, Doberman Pinscher, Chow, Great Dane, St. Bernard, Wolf Hybrid, & Akita. In addition, any crossbreeds of these types are not permitted. Tenants are required to provide a picture of their dog, vet records, and a payment to register the dog. The weight limit for dogs is 80 lbs. We do not allow exotic animals or other types of pets.

I like my home, but it could be updated. Has not been updated in a long time. Property Manager needs to learn to speak to people better. She needs to learn to communicate with everyone including her Tenants and her team. Her team is amazing. AJ works very hard when he is here, and Jessica the Property Manager from Hood is available for help when we cannot get ahold of Amanda which is every time we call. She will not answer the phone or call back. Lisa is not supposed to know anything about my business. Amanda shares to much with her. Lisa is not an employee.
