I lived in EC several years ago and moved to come back and happy I did. Lana and Her staff take care of you and make you feel welcomed. The property is very well kept and the Maintenance respond very quickly!

I lived here just a few months. I love this place except during hurricane season. Power is so slow. I had a bad experience due to a tree that fell on top of our apt.

The staff are great, the location is awesome with trails and parks if you like to walk like me, the neighbors are cool, very calm place.
Elm Creek is a gem
I’ve been living at Elm Creek for a little over a year abd really love it here! As a single female, I feel safe here, there is usually nothing going on in the complex that would make me worry about my safety. I wish there were more amenities or possibly community or complex events but thats ok. The front desk staff is super friendly and helpful and have been since day one. I’ve never had any problems with packaged going missing. The price is great compared to other complexes in the area, I think its a steal. I see everyone from young people, familes, and eldery singles and couples, so I think its a good place for everyone. I would recommend Elm Creek to anyone that asked!
