Rent charges
If you do rent here, make sure your lease ends on the last day of the month. They will not prorate the last month's rent. You are basically paying for them to get the apartment ready for the next renter. My daughter's lease ends on July 15, 2024 which is when she needs to vacate. They are making her pay the full month of rent through July 31, 2024. Don't make this costly mistake!

Convenient location, Easy walk to class apartment nice and spacious. Lots of areas to walk, dog, and waste bags, handy define throughout complex.

Could be faster with maintenance
Annoying rules and maintenance is lazy. Too many covered parking spots and people steal the ones at the front, gate doesn't work, force you to go through one enterence
