1509 1/2 Cooper

This house was just right for one person to live. I dont have much but everything I have fit’s perfectly in the house. The bedroom can fit a King size bed and still have some room. The kitchen and livingroom is together and the bathroom is adjacent to the both. The bathroom has a huge closet for storage as well as downstairs. The garage is also huge and it comes with a washer and dryer! Parking was never an issue . You have your garage and parking in the driveway. There is a small backyard thats to the side of the house and its pretty spacious for a studio/one bedroom. The staff are some of the kindest people I have ever met. If I didnt have to leave I would rent with them forever. They will do anything they can to help you solve an issue that may occur, they come in a timely manner and ask permission everytime to enter your home. They do everything they can to make you feel at home. Its a great location from the school and its equal distance from stores around town.
