I've lived here for 2 and a half years now. I love the property, and cleanliness has gotten better over the past year but the staff are getting to a point of not caring. When I go in to ask questions or need something from them, a few times they have paid more attention to the game on in the background than to the question I was asking.

This apartment complex couldn't be in a better location. Being between 2 major streets but far away enough to enjoy the peace and quiet is a win win! Perfect for families. Amenities are great. Apartments are very updated and spacious. If you ever need anything repaired, (which is rare and never major) maintenance is always quick to fix it and also very friendly. Front office staff has changed and I will honestly say I miss the previous employee. One complaint is the wild driving. I wouldn’t be surprised if a car accident happened. People speed like crazy and wont keep on one side. I've contacted the front office weeks ago after I was almost hit and asked if an email can be sent out or even a stop sign or speed limit sign in a certain area but nothing has been sent (which is one reason why I miss the previous staff. They would have had it sent by now). My second complaint is the dog poop. Some tenants will literally have their dog poop in the middle of the sidewalk and not pick it up. Disgusting! All in all it's a great complex and my little family and I enjoy it.

Apartment is clean and tidy overall and good value at that price. The gym were good when I first move in but some equipment needs repair since they get a bit rusty and old. The parking gets a bit short during weekends.

We really love living here. Maintenance is great, staff is great. Wish the clubhouse was open longer to be able to enjoy the pool table and kitchen space. Would definitely recommend.

Living here is great. Being away from the hustle and bustle of town yet close enough to have a less than 15 minute commute is amazing for a college town.
